By downloading, accessing, or using the S3 Manager application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
S3 Manager is a client application that allows users to manage, view, upload, and interact with files stored on their own Amazon S3 buckets or any compatible S3 storage provider (such as Backblaze B2, DigitalOcean Spaces, MinIO, etc.).
S3 Manager operates solely as a client interface on your device. Your S3 credentials and data are communicated directly between your device and your chosen S3 provider. The App's developers do not have access to your credentials, buckets, or files, nor are they routed through any intermediary servers owned by us.
The App interacts with third-party service providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Backblaze). Your use of these services is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. S3 Manager is not responsible for any actions, downtimes, or data loss caused by these third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of S3 Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from data loss, unauthorized access to your files, or any issue arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms of Service, please contact the developer or open an issue on the project repository.
